We are looking for the absolute best and brightest to join our marketing team as an Intern in our Allendale New Jersey office.

The Marketing Intern will support the Marketing department in community outreach and marketing administrative tasks within our different restaurant brands.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing Team with fulfilling sponsorship and donation requests
• Outreach & research various non-profit partner organizations
• Contribute with updating community events on parent company website
• Attend community events as needed as a representative of the restaurant brand
• Compile data and generate reports, including creating and maintaining tracking sheets
• Answer phones, direct calls and provide assistance
• Facilitate mailing out restaurants Marketing creative assets
• Support Marketing Team with third party delivery menus and listings
• Track and respond to Google, Yelp, Opentable and Facebook reviews for restaurant brands
• Updating and adding content to company and restaurant websites using BentoBox
• Building and sending out email blasts to restaurant guests (i.e. Mailchimp)
• Gathering analytics on email marketing
• Support with the internal company newsletter content
• Other assigned projects and duties as needed

• Must be a self-starter who thrives on driving the organization with their game-changing energy, ideas and strategic solutions
• Requires a team player with ability to work with multiple groups in a fast-paced, high energy, deadline-driven environment while staying organized and maintaining a positive attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to present information and ideas clearly
• Demonstrated ability to build Community support and partnerships
• Excellent phone presence, etiquette and professionalism
• Must be able to multi-task while remaining flexible
• Strong guest service orientation
• Advanced level proficiency Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Advanced level proficiency Canva
• Intermediate proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Lightroom
• Demonstrated Windows PC proficiency and general technical savvy
• Degree or pursuing a degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Graphic Design or a related field preferred
