      JOB SUMMARY

      As a Marketing Intern, you will join our exciting Marketing Team, lead key strategic projects and help execute our critical 2024 plans!
      • Adept at navigating complex projects, sometimes with a high-degree of ambiguity and applying the appropriate project management methodologies to deliver project outcomes.
      • Defines project governance processes and facilitates upholding governance throughout project life cycle.
      • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of business goals and objectives.
      • Establish strong internal and external partnerships with key stakeholders, building trust and creating a collaborative environment.




      STRENGTHS OF A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
        • Able to complete an internship in the summer (May/June-August 2024)
        • Must be geographically flexible to relocate to ADM sites
        • Pursuing a four-year degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field with an anticipated graduation between December 2024 and Summer 2026
        • Relevant professional working experience/internship experience preferred in the food and beverage sector
        • Preferred GPA of 2.8 or greater
        • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
        • Ability to function effectively, both independently and with a team
        • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to collaborate within various levels of an organization
        • ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.



      INTERNSHIP DETAILS
      • Internships are 10-12 weeks in duration
      • Must be open to various locations throughout the United States
      • Interns are responsible for transportation to and from work
      • Interns who demonstrate high potential and engagement may be offered another internship if still pursuing a degree, or a full-time position after graduation
      • ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
