- Adept at navigating complex projects, sometimes with a high-degree of ambiguity and applying the appropriate project management methodologies to deliver project outcomes.
- Defines project governance processes and facilitates upholding governance throughout project life cycle.
- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of business goals and objectives.
- Establish strong internal and external partnerships with key stakeholders, building trust and creating a collaborative environment.
- Able to complete an internship in the summer (May/June-August 2024)
- Must be geographically flexible to relocate to ADM sites
- Pursuing a four-year degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field with an anticipated graduation between December 2024 and Summer 2026
- Relevant professional working experience/internship experience preferred in the food and beverage sector
- Preferred GPA of 2.8 or greater
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Ability to function effectively, both independently and with a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to collaborate within various levels of an organization
- ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
- Internships are 10-12 weeks in duration
- Must be open to various locations throughout the United States
- Interns are responsible for transportation to and from work
- Interns who demonstrate high potential and engagement may be offered another internship if still pursuing a degree, or a full-time position after graduation
