The goal of Marketing Intern is to support Zywave’s Marketing Team. The Intern will carry out website, CRM technology and customer/ prospect data specific research and administrative functions to support the Zywave Marketing team with assigned projects and detailed follow-up to ensure project goals are achieved efficiently and professionally. This support will help Zywave continue to be the best in our business!

What You Will Do:

• Work with the Marketing Operations Team and Product Marketing Teams to update website pages, libraries and content, help to update lead generation initiatives including data validity and accuracy, mass data updates, and associated technology updates for reporting needs.
• Help with Marketing technology and CRM reporting and data facilitation by ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Learn Website, Salesforce, Showpad and other technology requirements associated with the assigned projects.
• Keep current on web browsing techniques that will make duties more efficient.
• Willing to perform other tasks on projects as needed/assigned.

What You Should Bring:

• Obtaining a Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Liberal Arts or related field.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to be flexible and part of a growing and empowered team, plus strong self-driven personality with a keen sense of delivering completed projects in a timely manner.
• A high proficiency in Excel, including the ability to create reports, formulas, charts and graphs.
• Must be self-motivated and open to learning and sharing new ideas.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experienced in customer service, marketing or sales a plus.
• Must be available to work 16 to 30 hours/week during the school year, remotely or in the Zywave Milwaukee office.
