Marketing Intern

The Marketing Intern will assist with marketing projects, event coordination, and social media.

The major duties will include:

• Updating Media Contact Lists for Tacala DMAs
• Development of Social Media content – especially for Reels and TikTok
• Event coordination, execution and promotion (press releases, media alerts, and social media)
• Team Tacala Scholarship Reveals
• Boys & Girls Clubs Annual Grants
• Tacala’s 350th restaurant!
• Administrative support as needed (for example, distribution of branded balloons to the field and creation of celebrations in a box)
• Development of Social Media Templates
• Review and Update Tacala.com
• Blog post

Job Requirements and Essential Functions:

• Must be able to work independently, as well as be a team player
• Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a face paced and fun environment
• Must have good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be detail oriented, organized and able to meet deadline
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
