  We are looking for a highly motivated marketing intern for The Lash Lounge in Austin - West Lake Hills who loves the beauty industry and wants to gain career experience!

  WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
  

  We are looking for a highly motivated marketing intern to assist our CEO with social media content creation and copywriting. We are looking to hire someone to help us educate potential guests, increase brand awareness, and grow our client base. If you're hard-working, self-motivated, and dedicated, we would love to meet you!

  
  Responsibilities for Marketing Intern
  

  • Assist the CEO in creating a marketing strategy and calendar for 2024
  • Create and schedule social media content for multiple platforms
  • Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback
  • Proofread email campaigns prior to scheduling
  • Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media and community awareness)
  • Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content

  
  Qualifications for Marketing Intern
  

  • Must have a passion for marketing
  • Proficient with social media strategies and platforms
  • Flexible work schedule
  • Ability to multitask and take initiative
  • Hardworking, self-motivated, and dedicated
  • Experience with content creation
  • Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding multitasking abilities

  RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop brand-compliant assets and copy for social media
  • Create and schedule Instagram reels
  • Schedule social media content 30+ days in advance
  • Organize, edit, and post stylist photos to Google, Yelp, Facebook Albums, and IG stories/highlights

  REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program
  • A good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with photo editing and video creation.
