We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced campaign manager to join our growing in-house Digital Marketing team and reporting directly to the Head of Digital Marketing. In the role, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing, 360 degree marketing campaigns for Zensar..
Key Responsibilities
§ Campaign Planning and Execution
§ Develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns based on thorough research and analysis.
§ Collaborate cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization.
§ Optimize campaigns daily to ensure effective results within the allocated budget.
§ Monitor campaign performance metrics in real-time and implement optimizations to improve KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI
§ Stay updated with PPC, SEM, email, programmatic display advertising trends, tools, and best practices to implement them effectively in campaigns.
§ Track and analyze campaign performance data to understand the effectiveness of strategies and tactics.
§ Set up and launch paid campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and other relevant channels
§ Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audience targeting, bid adjustment and ad placements to identify the most effective strategies
§ Adjust campaign budgets, bids, and targeting parameters to maximize performance and ROI.
§ Performance Analysis and Reporting
§ Prepare detailed reports (weekly) on campaign performance, including analysis of KPIs, insights, and recommendations for future campaigns.
§ Generate regular performance reports summarizing key metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations for campaign optimization.
§ Analyze data trends and conversion funnels to identify areas for improvement and inform future campaign strategies.
§ Ad Creative Development
§ Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, headlines, and copy that resonate with target audience segments.
§ Ensure all ad creatives adhere to brand guidelines and are optimized for maximum engagement and conversions.
§ Provide suggestions and feedback to the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with the target audience.
§ Audience Targeting and Segmentation
§ Utilize audience targeting tools and data analysis to segment target audiences based on demographics, interests, behaviors, and other relevant criteria.
§ Develop custom audience lists and lookalike audiences to expand reach and improve campaign effectiveness.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in execution of digital marketing campaign management
· 2+ years of relevant experience in Paid advertising, mainly LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Ads.
· Working knowledge in Pardot and Salesforce
· Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, creativity, and driving results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
· Experience working in Google Analytics (GA4), Google tag manager (GTM), and Powerbi
· Experience in handling large scale campaign planning, optimization for both performance and brand impact
· Demonstrated ability in executing results, with strong attention to detail
· Consumer-centric mindset and ability to think strategically and tactically
· Quick learner and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
· Excellent communication skills to effectively convey insights and recommendations to team members and stakeholders.
· High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
· Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
· MBA/BTech is preferred.
