- Plan and manage execution of all owned Social Media content f or World of Coca-Cola, Coca-Cola Stores and CokeStore.com
- Partner with Marketing team to develop social and editorial calendar that aligns with Merchandising and Marketing opportunities
- Create visual and written social media content individually, with agencies and internal resources
- Manage all publishing, listening and reporting for owned social using internal tools and resources
- Maintain all World of Coca-Cola and Coca-Cola Store social, digital, web, and review channels with accurate operational details and marketing promotions
- Lead influencer marketing strategy and processes in partnership with paid media and public relations leads
- Support Senior Marketing Manager with paid social ad campaign creative and planning
- As sist with coordination of local filming, content and partnership marketing opportunities at Stores and Attraction
- Assist marketing and operations team with local marketing activations and events at Stores and Attraction
- Support photo and video content production processes across Marketing tea m
- Provide consistent reporting on marketing channel performance with actionable insights to drive audience growth, in-store traffic and online sales
- Assist in new content marketing efforts for growth
- Identify new test and lear n opportunities to drive growth from managed channels
- Stay current on social and d igital marketing industry trends and competitive activity
- Partner with teams across the enterprise to identify consumer connection points that will drive deeper engagement and growth
- Project management of cross-functional marketing projects
- Retail, attraction or local marketing experience preferred
- Communications or brand marketing experience
- Experience working on verified social accounts
- Experience creating and editing photos and videos for social content
- Editorial or content marketing experience creating emails, web content
- Strong digital analytics experience, creating and actioning insights
- Uses data and insights to guide marketing decisions
- Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, Adobe Platforms
- Project management experience
- 5 years of experience and success in social media marketing
- Bachelor’s Degree required ; MBA preferred

Job Description Summary:
Coca-Cola’s Licensing and Retail Department (L&R) manages our global and domestic licensing business, which creates products such as apparel, hard goods, drinkware and gift items that bear the brand’s logo and/or trademarks. The team also manages Coca-Cola Stores in Orlando, Las Vegas and Atlanta as branded retail destinations, an eCommerce site for Coca-Cola Store in the U.S. and select international markets, and the brand attraction, World of Coca-Cola in Atlanta.
The Marketing Manager position sits within the Marketing group in Licensing and Retail to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue growth for these online and offline experiences. This position is primarily focused on social media and content marketing.
