      Job Title: Marketing Manager

      HYBRID ROLE IN AUSTIN, TX. Applicants must be located in Austin, Texas. Must be able to commute on-site 3 days/week!!!

      Job Description

      The Digital Marketing Manager oversees a dynamic team of email, social media, and web developers, reporting directly to the Director of Marketing. This role is pivotal in leading digital engagement strategies, championing user experience, and driving data-driven initiatives across social media, web, mobile, intranet, SEO/SEM, email, and digital signage. The ideal candidate will collaborate with a cross-functional team to enhance brand goals through innovative digital solutions.

      Must Have Skills

      • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital product management.
      • 3+ years of experience in leadership role (must have had direct reports, non-contracted)
      • Experience in email campaigns, website optimization, social media

      Responsibilities

      • Guide and mentor team members to achieve personal and organizational goals.
      • Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment aligned with core values.
      • Collaborate with leaders to develop and implement a digital roadmap.
      • Ensure digital channels reflect brand voice and values.
      • Lead SEO efforts and improve website usability.
      • Utilize data analytics to optimize digital experiences and campaigns.
      • Act as a liaison between digital, brand, analytics, IT, and retail teams.
      • Manage vendor relationships and oversee budget planning.
      • Uphold internal policies and regulatory requirements.

      Essential Skills

      • Deep understanding of digital marketing, personalization, and campaign strategy.
      • Proficiency in data analysis, Microsoft Office, and digital tools.
      • Strong communication, presentation, and editing abilities.
      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, finance, computer science, engineering, or related fields.
      • At least five years of experience in digital marketing or digital product management.
      • Minimum of three years in a leadership or supervisory role.

      Additional Skills & Qualifications

      • Bilingual Spanish/English.
      • Experience with Cloud Computing Platforms and Personalization.
      • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and SQL.
      • Experience leading technical projects and platform integrations.
      • Agency experience is a major plus.

      Work Environment

      This role reports to the Director of Marketing and operates in a hybrid office setting, typically 3 days in-office and 2 days remote, with flexibility. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm. The work environment includes access to a cafe, coffee machines, drink machines, and a game room.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $131000.00/yr.
