Marketing Manager
New York CityAs a Marketing Manager for Barclays Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB), you will support delivery of our global strategy through a wide range of projects across the functions and disciplines of marketing. Based in New York, the role will manage integrated marketing projects, including the development of strategic thought leadership and social media content, as well as supporting digital advertising, media planning, and the activation of flagship events & conferences – all in support of the business’ commercial priorities.
Salary / Rate Minimum: 100,000.00
Salary / Rate Maximum: 125,000.00The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any another type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. What will you be doing?
• Assisting with creation and production of B2B thought leadership content with Director, agency partners, and stakeholders from the Research, Markets, and Investment Banking
• Coordinating and tracking feedback from all project stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail, and relevant sign-off requirements including Legal & Compliance
• Working with Director, team members and agency partners on the amplification and distribution of content through digital marketing channels
• Assisting with social media channels; driving increased engagement with our channels capturing photos & videos at live events
• Working with creative agency partners to develop graphics & copy
• Coordinating and executing a wide range of marketing projects, including media planning, content calendar planning, project and budget management, and performance reporting
• Fulfilling brand & marketing deliverables related to third-party conferences, events, corporate enhancements and charitable giving, including the creation and supply of ads
• Coordinate closely with Events, Corporate Communications, and other functions to ensure that CIB Marketing projects are proactively aligned and amplified on an integrated basisWhat we are looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree and five to six years marketing, financial services and/or agency experience
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask across simultaneous projects
• A team player with the ability to develop highly effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external agency partnersSkills that will help you in the role:
• Sound grasp of and interest in financial/economic topics
• Familiarity with digital marketing disciplines
• Project management experience
• Agency management experienceWhere will you be working?
You will be working at our Americas Headquarters at 745 Seventh Avenue. This 32-story office tower is located in Times Square in the heart of Manhattan and features a cafeteria, fitness center and state-of-the-art LED signage on the facade of the building.
