      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or Journalism

      Experience & Skills:

      • Minimum 5 years in marketing communication, online campaigns, digital marketing, preferably in machinery or industrial sector
      • Proficient in Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media strategies, and PPC strategies
      • Strong understanding of social media platforms and online advertising
      • Creative and strategic thinking with problem-solving skills
      • Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects
      • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot) and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus

      Key Responsibilities:

      1. Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for industrial products across digital and traditional platforms.
      2. Coordinate branding initiatives with agencies to position products effectively in target markets.
      3. Plan and oversee advertising campaigns aligned with business goals and brand standards.
      4. Manage digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, social media, and analytics.
      5. Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams for go-to-market strategies.
      6. Manage vendor relationships for creative development, media buying, and promotional materials.
      7. Monitor campaign performance, optimizing for ROI and KPIs.
      8. Handle inbound lead response, customer inquiries, and CRM processes.
      9. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
      10. Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and social media.
      11. Create engaging content for websites, blogs, and social media in line with brand identity.
      12. Analyze market data to refine targeting and strategies.
      13. Support product launches and promotional events with cross-functional teams.
      14. Monitor and report on performance metrics, providing insights for improvement.
      15. Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
      16. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
