- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or Journalism
- Minimum 5 years in marketing communication, online campaigns, digital marketing, preferably in machinery or industrial sector
- Proficient in Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media strategies, and PPC strategies
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online advertising
- Creative and strategic thinking with problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot) and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus

- Handle inbound lead response, customer inquiries, and CRM processes.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and social media.
- Create engaging content for websites, blogs, and social media in line with brand identity.
- Analyze market data to refine targeting and strategies.
- Support product launches and promotional events with cross-functional teams.
