      Job Description:

      We are thrilled to announce a brand new role within our Envista Strategic Partnership Team! As the Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of all marketing and communication activities, playing a pivotal role in defining key communication campaigns and driving impactful brand-building initiatives.

      In this dynamic position, you will collaborate closely with our operating company’s marketing and business teams to align needs, develop, and adapt innovative marketing materials that support Envista’s strategy in the North American market. Your role will involve working hand-in-hand with various teams, including Marketing, Creative Designers, Product Management, Regulatory, Legal, Sales, Training, Events, and our Strategic Partners.

      Responsibilities:

      · Align and develop the value proposition for Envista Strategic Partnerships within the Dental Service Organization (DSO) space.

      · Execute the marketing strategy by processing and delivering marketing content.

      · Ensure alignment across teams using thought leadership for seamless campaign execution, cost projections, and optimal user experience standards.

      · Conduct Voice of Customer to gather useful and up-to-date information for strategy improvement.

      · Develop engaging content using marketing, sales, and campaign materials (e.g., brochures, websites, emails, SEO/PPC, social media, adverts).

      · Define the most effective marketing mix per activity using customer personas (e.g., SP decision makers, SP office staff, DSO trade show attendees).

      · Maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar to plan, execute, and digitally market DSO-focused events and conferences, working with finance to define event ROI.

      · Serve as the Envista DSO point of contact for events and manage end-to-end event coordination.

      · Contribute to the annual marketing strategy and budget , ensuring regulatory and legal compliance of all marketing and communication materials in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

      Job Requirements:

      Minimum Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree preferred; ideally in Marketing, Business or Communications
      • 5+ years of Marketing and/or Product Management experience
      • Experience within the dental or medical field is a plus
      • Experience in creating and executing communication campaigns
      • Expertise in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content
      • Experience in project management with cross-functional teams
      • Excellent written and spoken English
      • Business understanding with a strong drive for achieving results

      Critical Skills/technical know-how:

      • Strategic mindset and structured personality with a proactive approach to tasks and projects
      • Ability to work in a fast-moving environment managing several projects simultaneously
      • Can turn complex, technical information into great marketing content that drives leads and customer engagement
      • Ability to use customer insights to drive journey and creative briefs

      Target Market Salary Range:

      Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
