      What is the opportunity?

      Marketing Manager: Campaigns & Analytics

      The marketing manager, campaigns and analytics will play a key part in the successful execution, tracking and optimization of marketing campaigns. This role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams to execute and monitor performance of a wide range of marketing tactics including events (in-person and virtual), e-distribution, social media and digital promotion. Responsibilities include the development of marketing assets, deployment of these assets to support campaign objectives and the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data from various marketing channels to measure engagement levels, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and identify highly engaged prospects to drive business growth.

      What will you do?

      • Marketing campaign coordination and execution: Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across various platforms including events, email, social media, paid search, display ads, and website. (30%)
      • Performance tracking and optimization: Leverage analytics tools to track campaign performance and identify areas for optimization. (20%)
      • Reporting and analysis: Create reports and dashboards to communicate key findings and trends and identify actionable insights to support marketing and sales goals.(25%)
      • Process improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline marketing processes and increase effectiveness of reporting. (10%)
      • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing strategy, content, creative, ad analytics team to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives. (15%)

      What do you need to succeed?

      Must-have

      • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
      • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
      • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
      • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and evolving priorities simultaneously.
      • Experience working in campaign execution, digital marketing, or analytics
      • Experience working in B2B financial services
      • 3-5 years’ experience working in analytic and marketing platforms including Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Salesforce, Tableau, and/or e-distribution platforms.
