  Marketing Manager

As we continually strive to improve and expand our product range based on our insights, we’re looking for a new Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to help continue our success across Switzerland.

  The position is offered on a Hybrid working basis with travel to our Baar office as required.

  What you will do

  As Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

  • Act as the Marketing interface between the different business units (MDA, Built-In and SDA)

  • Organise & coordinate brand campaigns, trade fairs and events

  • Support sponsorship activities across Switzerland and the wider European business

  • Manage PR & Communication activities and measure their performance

  • Develop and coordinate internal and external communications

  • Manage the creation of POS materials, store displays and customer promotional activities

  • Create supporting sales materials, catalogues and data sheets

  • Create German language content in collaboration with HQ Italy and the DACH country organizations

  What you need to succeed

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing or a related subject

  • Ideally experience in Consumer Goods

  • Structured, proactive and independent ways of working

  • Open minded and communicative team player

  • Customer and consumer oriented thinking

  • Creative thinker and able to find innovative solutions to problems

  • Flexible and hands on approach

  • Intermediate MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

  • Knowledge of Photoshop/Lightroom an advantage

  • Very good written and spoken German and English
