      The Cleveland Orchestra (TCO) is seeking a Marketing Manager, who will be responsible for the implementation of marketing strategies and plans with special focus on the Orchestra’s Student, Members Club, Rewards, Family and Miami campaigns. These campaigns include the production and distribution of both physical and electronic promotional materials through direct, social, and on-site channels. The Marketing Manager also provides customer service, fulfillment, and logistical support for these programs, ensuring patrons have the best possible experience.

      You will have the opportunity to do the following:
      • Collaborate with marketing leadership in the production and distribution of creative promotional, onboarding, and renewal materials; communicating objectives, target audiences, key messages, timelines, budget parameters, and material specifications, with design, content and project management colleagues as well as external vendors, to ensure successful execution and alignment with the orchestra’s brand.
      • Work with colleagues and vendors to manage production calendars and timelines, ensuring campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
      • Manage promotional expenses, monitor campaign budgets, and evaluate results to maximize return on investment.
      • Identify and implement sweepstakes, special offers, exclusive content, and experiences using various internal resources and external partnerships to drive engagement, retention and frequency.
      • Provide customer service and order fulfillment for Members Club and TCO Rewards patrons.
      • Manage online order, payment and redemption systems and assist patrons with account troubleshooting to facilitate positive patron experience.
      • Execute orchestra and partner on-site promotion of campaigns via signage, slides, inserts, collateral displays, tables, events, etc. Determine what materials are to be used.
      • Assist Director of Project Marketing in building relationships with broadcast and digital partners.
      • Collaborate with other departments such as Philanthropy & Advancement on promotions and content.
      The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
      • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field required, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing
      • Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service standards which exceed the customer’s expectations
      • Passion and energy for the music industry
      • Knowledge of classical music repertoire preferred
      • Ability to be creative, resourceful and bring fresh ideas to the table
      • Ability to think strategically and offer solutions
      • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
      • Demonstrated independent, mature judgment
      • Ability to consistently maintain a professional image and demeanor
      • Strong problem-solving skills combined with a collaborative approach
      • Ability to successfully prioritize to manage multiple projects and deadlines
      • Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM databases, and project management software such as Asana
      • Experience with graphical design and/or audio editing software is a plus
      • Ability to work a flexible schedule that periodically includes evenings and weekends
