The Keyrus UK team is seeking a M arketing manager/Co-ordinator to help shape and deliver a busy marketing calendar of activities for 2025. If you are looking to join an innovative company that has the support of an internationally recognised brand, we encourage you to apply.

The Role:

This person will be responsible for the operational support of the team in the planning and execution of the company’s marketing campaigns and events.

• Initial duration: 4 months - Fixed-term Contract
• Salary: £40k per annum
• Hybrid model: London-based
• Start date: January 2025

Responsibilities:

• Provide sales support with designing marketing materials through brochures, blogs & adverts.
• Running social media platform campaigns to enhance engagement.
• Managing operations, event registrations and delegate lists.
• Support the planning, execution and attendance of a variety of industry and in-house events.
• Writing and proof-reading marketing copy.
• Managing & delivering internal communications to ensure appropriate consultant/employee participation is achieved where their input is required.

What we're looking for in our applicants:

• A minimum of 3 years of marketing experience.
• Proven background of having developed and delivered marketing campaigns.
• Practice organising industry roundtables, private dining, small-scale and large-scale venues.
• Strong working knowledge of HubSpot, LinkedIn, MS Teams and other video communication platforms as well as Google Ads.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding administrative and operational skills, including time management, multi-tasking, and prioritisation.
• Ability to remain calm and reliable under pressure.
• Self-motivated and driven.
• An interest in the Technology space, in particular data & digital solutions.
• Proficient with Adobe Marketing tools
• Advanced PowerPoint Skills
