- Content Strategy & Creation
- Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with business goals and marketing campaigns.
- Write and edit high-quality content for the website, blog posts, email campaigns, social media, white papers, and sales collateral.
- Create call scripts and messaging frameworks to support sales and client success teams.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and tone across all channels.
- Digital Marketing
- Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns using HubSpot or a similar CRM/automation platform.
- Collaborate with the design and web teams to update website content and landing pages.
- Plan and publish content across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Campaign Execution & Reporting
- Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for lead generation and client engagement.
- Use analytics tools to measure content performance and provide regular reporting and insights.
- Optimize content based on SEO best practices and engagement metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in healthcare.
- Proven experience in writing and editing content across multiple channels.
- Proficiency with HubSpot (or similar platforms) for email marketing, automation, and content management.
- Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys and sales alignment.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital content best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working in or with healthcare providers, health systems, or post-acute care organizations.
- Graphic design or video editing skills a plus.
- Experience with paid social or digital advertising.
