      Subway is seeking a Marketing Manager of Creative Services to join a fun, fast paced, dynamic marketing team. The position will support the creative development and execution of Subway’s advertising and communications program, including but not limited to TV, Radio & Digital assets. It’s an opportunity to work with top tier athletic talent and sports properties with high visibility media placements.

      Job Description

      • A creative and strategic thinker that is passionate about working closely with the agencies to create award winning campaigns.
      • Partner with strategy team to develop creative briefs as it relates to each promotion/window within our marketing calendar.
      • Manage day-to-day relationships with General Market and Hispanic campaigns/projects - creative production of TV/digital/radio/added value advertising from concept through distribution throughout each channels creative process. This includes, but is not limited to national, local, and test promotions.
      • Help Director manage Ad Production yearly budget of $10+MM.
      • Work closely with Director on managing talent strategy and talent budget of 20+MM.
      • Support the management of high-end celebrity talent for Above the Line and Below the line contracts.
      • Lead relationship with the internal POP/Creative team for brand food look & feel. This includes everything for all TV footage - video food shoots and live action shoots.
      • Oversee the associate manager as it relates to the pre-production logistics associated with food shoots and broadcast shoots.
      • Co-manage broadcast TV and food shoots with broader team and leadership.
      • Work with external stakeholders (i.e. paid partnerships) to align on creative look and feel.
      • Oversee internal communications and relationships with different departments to ensure creative is on brand (i.e. Executions, Consumer Insights, Strategy, Media, ex.)
      • Lead the IAT (integrated agency teams) process from start to finish.
      • Monitor sales and traffic performance, anticipates causes affecting performance and work cross functionally with insights team to help improve and maximize the impact of our creative work.
      • Partner with the insights team to put our work into testing and optimize accordingly.
      • Overseeing & supporting Assoc. Marketing Manager as they lead the legal process internally.

      Skills Required

      • Ideally Bilingual, English/Spanish fluently; speak, read, write
      • Experience of working on own as well as part of a team, and with colleagues at all levels
      • Results-oriented, self-starter and highly motivated
      • Hungry, Humble, Honest and Hardworking
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • High attention to detail
      • Ability to think creatively
      • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
      • Well versed in Advertising Agency process
