      Job Summary

      Job Title: Marketing Manager

      FLSA Status: Salary

      Reports To: Marketing & Brand Communications Director

      The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and leading brand initiatives ensuring complete integration across all disciplines, maintaining our communications calendar and marketing plans. The Marketing Manager is also responsible for maintaining brand stewardship among cross-departmental and vendor needs.

      ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Lead the execution of marketing brand initiatives from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration to ensure complete integration.
      • Owns development of cross-functional annual marketing communications calendar.
      • Owns management of cross-functional marketing plans.
      • Oversee and continuously looks for opportunities to increase communication across the organization.
      • Leads integrated brand creative execution including graphic requests.
      • Maintains brand stewardship among cross-departmental needs for brand initiatives (examples: Community Involvement, HR, Merchandising, Vendor Partnerships etc.
      • Maintains oversight of budget management.
      • Reviews audience insights, trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to help build successful strategies. Assists with content creation
      • Assists with creative and production needs.
      • Assists with marketing analysis needs.
      • Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.
      • Other duties as assigned.

      QUALIFICATIONS

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Communications
      • Minimum of 7 years experience building and/or managing brand/initiatives
      • Ability to manage agency partners.
      • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
      • Excellent oral and written communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills including verbal communication, listening, negotiation and problem solving
      • Strong conceptual skills
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Outlook, OneNote

      • Spend up to 90% of time and a desk sitting/standing in place for long periods of time
      • Remainder of time spent in a store environment
