      We are looking for a versatile Marketing Manager who is responsible for designing and executing the strategy to drive Prime Video's customer engagement and retention in Mexico. This person will be leading marketing programs and initiatives to drive customer engagement and retention for Prime Video. Additionally s/he will be responsible to work in collaboration with the Central and Regional Marketing and Product teams to define the approach for owned and operated channels to drive video streaming engagement and retention throughout a member’s life-cycle management program. The role is responsible for the planning, execution, forecasting and continual testing and improvement of engagement and retention marketing initiatives. As a result of the broad scope and critical nature of the position, the role will interact at all levels of seniority in the company.

      The successful candidate will be data-driven with a proven track record of driving customer acquisition, engagement and retention through online, mobile, and offline marketing programs. S/he should be able to think/act strategically, develop structured plans and be willing to execute hands on with a start-up type of mentality. S/he balances creativity with analytics and agility with operational discipline. Candidates should be both idea generators and builders, with a strong sense of accountability, and a keen focus on delivering great customer experiences and strong, measurable results. S/he should thrive in a culture of fast-decision making based on analytics, be comfortable diving deep into the data, yet able to step-back and communicate both the strategic and immediate implications on priorities. The role will have no direct reports, but requires managerial skills to influence others and manage senior internal and external stakeholders.

      Key Responsibilities

      - Create and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to engage customers with Prime Video and improve retention across web, mobile and living room devices

      - Provide input/create marketing plans with measurable, scalable, and innovative offline and online programs and campaigns to meet goals around customer engagement and retention, that can be measured and refined to implement ongoing improvements

      - Own and present to senior leadership key performance metrics around customer engagement and retention

      - Procure, negotiate, manage and leverage strategic relationships with internal and external partner teams to drive key performance metrics

      - Develop a strong culture of rapid experimentation, measurement, and iteration; use data to measure and understand customer behavior and apply/share those insights to be used in our marketing levers

      - Collaborate with other parts of the Prime Video and broader Amazon org such as: Content Marketing, Central Marketing, Product Tech, Payments, Partner Distribution, Business Intelligence, Prime, Devices among others, to develop customer-obsessed marketing strategies


      - 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
      - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
      - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
      - Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
      - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
      - Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
