Summary
The Marketing Manager develops and manages consumer and channel management marketing programs and campaigns for the assigned service lines. Actively collaborates with service line leadership to provide marketing solutions to address business needs and drive awareness, preference and growth. Manage and oversee vendor/agency relationships as it relates to their service lines and ensures consistent execution with Parkview brand strategy. Working with system, service line, facility and program leaders define priorities, determine resource allocation and prioritization. Develop short term and long-term marketing strategies for the assigned service lines. Monitors & reports performance data, along with competitive market insights and trends; identifying opportunities to refine the service line plan and optimize marketing campaigns. Maintains ongoing awareness of customer research, market conditions and competitor data within those areas. Leads and manages marketing coworkers. Actively coaches and develops the team. Works closely with the VP of Marketing, service line leaders and department leaders to ensure marketing efforts align with the system strategy, brand and budget.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred.
Experiences:
6+ years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in healthcare or related fields such as Marketing, Business, Sales.
Leader with strong strategic business and brand building foundation
Experience working and leading agencies
Ability to work effectively within a matrix organization and complex work environment.
Strong judgment, professionalism, and diplomacy in handling unexpected issues and evolving priorities
Other Qualifications
Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
Experience working with senior level executives
Experience managing teams
