      Job Description
      We are seeking a driven, career-minded, and results-oriented Senior Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This leadership role is responsible for growing and maintaining HAA’s global brand reputation across multiple channels. You will manage paid media, social media, and SEO efforts in conjunction with our agency partners. In addition, this role will be responsible for content marketing efforts, event logistics, website updates, and print and digital assets to support the integration of brand awareness, lead generation/nurture, reputation management, and the goals of the marketing team. This position is hybrid.

      Job Duties

      • Manage and continuously refine marketing programs from planning and execution to performance tracking
      • Maintain brand standards and integrity across all student- and partner-facing touchpoints
      • Oversee partner and contractor relationships supporting SEO, social media, paid media, and related services
      • Drive lead generation and lead nurture initiatives to meet or exceed conversion goals
      • Manage the company’s marketing presence at trade shows and industry events
      • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of key marketing assets such as collateral and event materials
      • Champion and model HAA’s core values: Quality, Trustworthiness, Passion, Collaboration, and Initiative
      • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the marketing function

      Required Skills and Experience

      • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in multichannel marketing
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills
      • Proven ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships to support organizational goals
      • Experience using marketing automation and lead nurture tools; HubSpot experience preferred
      • Direct experience with paid digital advertising and social media
      • Track record of managing external contractors or agency partners to meet marketing objectives
      • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable strategies
      • Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently
      • Bachelor’s degree

      Preferred Skills and Experience

      • Professional experience in the aviation industry is a plus
      • Experience supporting a high-growth or mission-driven organization
