      Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is currently searching for a Marketing Manager for our Corporate office located in Alpharetta, GA.

      Marketing Manager Job Duties:

      • Assists in developing and implementing company marketing, communications, and public relations strategy.
      • Print and Digital Marketing.
      • Tracking and analyzing effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
      • Manages social media strategy (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Google Business, etc.)
      • Company website management, routine maintenance, design enhancements.
      • Oversee and take part in securing ad contracts, ad design and general content creation.
      • Create presentations and RFPs.
      • Work closely with Business Development team to develop sales tools to market company’s capabilities.
      • Track and utilize media and communications to build, maintain and manage the reputation of the company and its clients
      • Monitor internal and external communications to ensure adherence to company brand standards.
      • Assist in drafting press releases that adhere to Hotel Equities’ and franchise brand standards.
      • Assists in direction for company’s bi-weekly internal enewsletter.
      • Build email marketing campaigns.
      • Assists in preparing marketing plan and budget by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
      • Monitors budget by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
      • Manages in-house promotional materials; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
      • Supports field Sales staff by becoming familiar with brand product and guideline knowledge, new product information and market trends.
      • Researches competitive tools by identifying and evaluating useful tools and products, pricing.
      • Stays up-to-date on latest trends in area of expertise.
      • Plans and coordinates meetings, trade shows and other events throughout the year; establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, coordinating mailing lists.
      • Takes ownership of role and responsibility for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value.
      • Travel required approximately 3-4 times per year.
      • Collaborates with the leadership team to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives
      • Assist with communications to owners and partners, ensuring they are informed about company updates and developments.
      • Work on branding and marketing efforts related to our annual conference.

      Desired Skills and Qualifications:

      Marketing, Event Coordination, Organization, Project Management, Skilled at Developing a Deep Understanding of the Customer/Client, Branding, Process Improvement, Self-Starter with Assumes Ownership, Content Planning, Budgeting, Graphic Design, Editing, Writing or Journalism/Public Relations experience, Brand Management, Corporate Communications, Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Ad Creation, Email Marketing, Website Management.

      Desired Software Proficiencies:

      Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher & SharePoint

      Adobe Products: InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, etc.

      Canva

      HeyOrca or other social media management tools

      Email Marketing Platforms (any)

      2 or 4 yr. College degree required.
