      JOB TITLE: Marketing Manager II
      LOCATION: Seattle, WA
      DURATION: 4 months
      PAY RANGE: $33-$44/hr
      TOP 3 SKILLS:
      1. Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis on Campaigns)
      2. Recent Online digital Marketing Experience (Campaigns content merchandising)
      3. Familiar with Arborist, content symphony, Sophia and Daily orders IDEAL SQL Tableau

      Job Responsibilities
      - Create customer-facing marketing for Handmade including product curation, onsite merchandising (e.g., landing pages, browse nodes, campaigns) across events, deals, and the customer shopping journey
      - Create seller-facing communications for Handmade including newsletter content, educational webinars, and forum updates to Handmade sellers
      - Compile, analyze, and present performance and business metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance campaigns and improve performance
      - Work effectively across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work

      (Campaigns include: Back to school and holiday planning, news letters and webinars etc.. This role will include business analytics and cross functional communication and writing)

      Required Skills:
      • Must have recent Online digital Marketing Experience
        (Digital Campaigns and Digital Content Merchandising)
      • Example of previous employers would be ***, Starbucks, Nordstrom, Expedia, etc.
      • Must have digital marketing/ merchandising NO ONSITE/STOREFRONT MARKETING
      • Experience with weekly business reporting
      • Experience walking the store and looking at the store as a customer (Online, ***)
      • Analyzing overall metrics like click through rate and week over week sales using Excel
      • Systems, Tools, Programs: Arborist, content symphony, Sophia and Daily orders, SQL, Tableau and Excel data set into a trends or insight recommendation, someone with analytical skills
      • Acceptable profiles/ Job titles: Digital Marketing associates, Digital Marketing Analyst, Digital Content marketing
      • Required education or certifications: Bachelors
      • Disqualifiers or Red Flags: NO event planning or in person field marketing, no person to person marketing these roles are not scaled enough!

      Top 3 must-have hard skills:

Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate or annual salary only, unless otherwise stated.
