What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans to promote the assigned channel/category
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key manufacturing/vendor partners
- Develop new uses for existing products and identify, propose, and manage the launch of new products
- Monitor and analyze monthly campaign dashboard reporting key performance metrics
- Coordinate and collaborate with the marketing team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- At least 7 years of experience in a related position
- Ability to work with confidential materials
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3 years of demonstrated leadership or management
- Proficiency in data analytics
- Proficiency in SAP or related ERP
- Experience in digital channel management
- Experience with a loyalty membership program preferred
