- Manage the Immunology portfolio, from Marketing strategy & operations to sales forecasting and tracking
- Professionally manage and build cross-functional cooperation between key stakeholders and build effective multidisciplinary Brand Teams. Ensure timely and qualitative market intelligence information flow to Brand Teams and brand strategy/tactical communication from Brand Teams to In-Field Teams to optimize brand strategy and its execution.
- Lead the cross functional Brand Team around the Immunology portfolio vision and set clear objectives that are shared by all members.
- Ensure Brand Team Members contribute to the development of the Immunology portfolio strategy through the Brand Planning process in line with strategy defined by Global Brand Teams and ensure adequate involvement of multiple functions as relevant for the different assets.
- Effectively manage and execute all marketing and sales related brand activities as per Brand Plans, such as development and implementation of commercial Brand strategy and tactical Brand activities execution and deliver sales performance in order to maximize or exceed brand sales and margin within expense budgets.
- Interact and align with Distributors upon the need over the different countries
- Bring solid input with MKA and CEx teams to build solid and consistent PSPs over the cluster
- Hold accountability for allocated Brand P&L in terms of brand sales and financial planning (Financial Plan, Update, Long Range Plan).
- Role model AbbVie WWW behavior and enable the Brand Team matrix to work in order to achieve high quality strategy and execution capability in all allocated brands
- Continuously encourage Brand Team members’ collaboration and foster team spirit.
- Develop & coach a team of Brand managers
- Be considered as the point of contact for NA n all TAs
- Relevant experience with proven track record of success in a marketing / sales leadership position within pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in Immunology is a must
- Experience in driving effective launch readiness of Company’s products
- Leadership and people management experience is preferred
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required
- English language proficiency verbally and in writing is a must, French is a plu
- Ability to develop business vision, translate into strategies and actionable, realistic execution actions plus knowledge of territory and relationships with key stakeholders already established
- Proven track record of successful leadership
- Working knowledge of Egypt healthcare environment and evolving landscape is preferred
- Excellent knowledge of strategic and tactical marketing and sales principles and techniques
- Operates and leads effectively in a matrix structure
- Solid knowledge on finance principles and internal processes

Purpose:
Coordinate, facilitate and lead the strategic development, tactical implementation, and financial planning components of all Marketing related topics of the Brands Strategy.
Manage customer and other commercial activities including discussions with distributors to maximize brand sales and margin, placing the patient at the center of any efforts, and operating within the company business code of conduct, policies and all applicable laws and regulations
