      • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, with a focus on specialist digital marketing channels.
      • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
      • Knowledge of the events/music industry
      • Strong analytical skills and experience using data-driven insights to optimise campaigns.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Proven track record of success, working alongside Sales

      What the role includes

      Digital Strategy Development

      • Formulate, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including the marketing teams at Live Nation and the wider DLT team to integrate digital initiatives with broader marketing and business plans. This is to ensure expertise from around the organisation is being utilised to encourage best practice across DLT marketing activity.

      Campaign Management and Social Media

      • Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to social media and email marketing. Relevant tools/platforms include X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Salseforce and Mailchimp
      • Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and adjust strategies to ensure maximum effectiveness.
      • Oversee the development of engaging and relevant digital content, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms.
      • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase DLT brand visibility and engagement

      Analytics and Reporting

      • Utilise Facebook business manager and other relevant analytics tools to track, analyse, and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts.
      • Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team, highlighting key performance indicators and recommending areas for improvement
      • Conduct research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
      • Analyse consumer behaviour and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

      Budget Management

      • Manage the marketing/digital marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve set objectives.
      • Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate contracts with vendors and agencies.
