      • As a Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning, development and execution of effective B2B marketing initiatives, from concept through to launch, supporting our Growth team with lead generation and prospect outreach and lead nurturing
      • You’ll define the right strategies and goals to support our brand and business growth objectives
      • You’ll work with the team to ensure that our innovative products and proposition are positioned, launched and communicated in the right way to the right customer at the right time to help deliver customer and commercial success.
      • The salary for this role will be up to £60,000 plus benefits

      What you'll do

      In this key role, you’ll manage end-to-end campaigns as part of the wider Marketing Operations team, including the creation of email templates, testing and releases. With full consideration and ownership of the campaign and digital journey, you’ll ensure effective measurement and reporting on all campaign performance.

      You’ll be seen as a key digital contact to relevant stakeholders, while ensuring that all activity is supporting the wider customer obsessed, commercial and brand objectives.

      Your role will also involve:

      • Planning, implementing and managing the B2B marketing strategy, using data and reports to make evidence-based decisions
      • Creating B2B programs and campaign briefs, approving content to ensure it complies with our creative strategy and principles
      • Utilising segmentation and data to deliver targeted and personalised campaigns
      • Support strategy of attendance at events, speaker slots and client roundtables to ensure effective promotion and follow-up
      • Building strong relationships with our content, media and production agencies to deliver best-in-class work
      • Carrying out regular A/B testing to make sure the most effective creative messaging is used in all channels

      The skills you'll need

      To be successful in this role, you’ll need solid experience in a digital marketing environment, and expect you to have experience of using testing and optimisation techniques and a background of focusing on metrics and reporting and making continuous changes to make sure targets are met.

      You’ll also have an understanding of external regulations and their impact on the customer and marketing strategy.

      We’ll also need you to have:

      • Knowledge of the Marketing Technology space and ability to quickly adapt and scale tooling
      • Hands on experience with various CRM, marketing automation tools, paid social platforms and SEO
      • Hands on experience in implementing and managing new tooling as well as maximising the use of existing tools
      • Proficiency in analytics and data management
      • Excellent organisational and time management skills and experience of coordinating multiple tasks and priorities
      • The ability to work in an environment that is constantly changing, evolving and innovating
      • The ability to ensure best-in-class campaigns are delivered to agreed timescales
      • An understanding of the critical elements of brand management
      • Experience of influencing effectively and stakeholder engagement
