What you'll do
As a Marketing Manager for Argos Financial Services (AFS), you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of customer strategies in the acquisition and customer growth areas, covering all AFS products. Your responsibilities will involve contributing to and developing marketing plans, communicating with target audiences, managing customer relationships, and evaluating marketing campaigns based on data-led insights. You will work closely with stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, suppliers, and partner organisations, to build effective relationships and understand the AFS product portfolio and customer strategies. Additionally, you will monitor competitors, identify market trends, and consider ways to change customer behaviours and enhance customer journeys. Coordination of relevant governance and periodic process reviews to maximise efficiencies will also be part of your role. Drawing on your relevant marketing experience, strong communication and networking skills, and campaign management expertise, you will play a pivotal role in implementing marketing plans, driving successful outcomes, and contributing to the ongoing development of the marketing journey for AFS customers.
