      Position Summary:

      Driving the Brand Predator as Manager Marketing, this role is responsible for executing the Predator annual business plan and managing the brand's core marketing strategies, including street cricket initiatives. This involves seamless quarterly execution of plans in coordination with regional marketing teams and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms, aligned with global guidelines. The role collaborates with creative agencies and global brand teams to create marketing materials and train execution partners. Additionally, the position manages IP sponsorships and athlete/ambassador partnerships to enhance brand value and drive purchase intent. Cross-functional collaboration with regional marketing is essential to meet business needs and design pre-activation campaigns. The role also supports digital and social media efforts, including influencer campaigns and coordination with agencies.

      Essential Job Functions:

      • Work with Senior Manager to co-create ABP for Predator for sign off with the Marketing Director.
      • Ensuring Quarterly execution of plans seamlessly, in co-ordination with Regional Marketing Teams.
      • Drive the Core Pillars for Predator. Own & lead the marketing agenda on Street Cricket for Predator.
      • Execute clear and consistent Brand experience across all platforms. Ensure all marketing activities align with brand positioning and target audience, in coherence with Global brand guidelines.
      • Collaborate with creative agencies/Global Brand team to create and execute advertising and promotional material in line with Global Brand guidelines. Train the agency eco-system and guide them for execution.
      • Execute IP sponsorships that is relevant to the Brand passion point. Manage relationship with Sports Bodies/Associations, Athletes and Brand Ambassadors to derive the best value out of these partnerships that helps drive Trials and Purchase intent for Predator.
      • Assist in Managing Athletes, Ambassadors and Partners so that they truly understand the Brand and inspire the TG with the right messaging/content/organic integration.
      • Work closely with Regional Marketing to understand business needs, track competition & Cocreate Pillar led Marketing inputs for Predator and support implementation.
      • Support in designing pre-activation campaigns before Big ticket activations.
      • Support planning and execution of local & Mega influencer campaigns.
      • Support Digital Manager with creative and content as per Plan, in-coordination with agencies & influencers

      Position Requirements:

      • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business Administration, Marketing or similar field of study.
      • Additional Experience Desired: Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing.
      • Additional Experience Desired: Minimum 2 years of experience in Lifestyle, FMCG, CPG & FMCG industry.
      • Computer Skills Desired: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
      • Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Fluent English. Clean Driving record.
