- Accelerate the growth of the Quaker Ready to Eat Cereals by leading the strategic planning process, including Business
Review, Total Connections Planning, Annual Operating Planning, Innovation Planning, and Commercialization that are
grounded in consumer insights that ultimately, create consumer demand and drive positive share growth. - Create consumer-centric plans on Quaker Harvest Crunch and key Breakfast portfolio initiatives by leading consumer
touchpoints, which include brand positioning, communications, media, in-store, sampling, and experiential initiatives,
while managing internal stakeholders and external partners. - Budget ownership and accountability to the total advertising and promotional budgets for the Quaker Ready to Eat
Cereals budget, which will include building, maintaining, and maximizing ROI across all initiatives. - Partner with PepsiCo’s internal stakeholders (Digital, Insights, Customer Development, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Legal
teams) and external agency partners to bring to life strong consumer and commercial plans.
Wire & collaborate with the Global & US Quaker Breakfast portfolio teams to align priorities and share best practices. - Minimum of Bachelor Degree (Business degree preferred).
- 3+ years marketing experience with a focus on brand marketing, portfolio and/ or innovation strategy
- Proven strategic thinking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build growth plans through superior consumer marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and cultivate relationships; build consensus & influence business partners.
- Self-starter with a high sense of urgency and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Strong problem solving and sound business judgment; ability to anticipate issues and resolve them.

Manager – Quaker Breakfast Portfolio (Oats, Ready to Eat Cereals, Baking Mixes & Pancakes).A change leader and influencer, this person has responsibilities critical to driving short and long-term synergies across projects that span the total Breakfast portfolio (Oats, Baking, Pancakes & Mixes) initiatives and direct ownership over PepsiCo’s total Ready to Eat Cereal brands (Quaker Harvest Crunch, Quaker Squares, Life Cereal, & Captain Crunch).What you can expect from us:
