What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the brand speaker bureau strategy and execution, including marketing assets and brand planning
- Develop and execute the congress strategy plan, including budget ownership and cross-functional collaboration
- Support the development of marketing tactics targeting physicians and patients, ensuring creative and campaign excellence
- Collaborate with other brand team partners to ensure alignment to tactical development and optimal customer experience
- Facilitate compliance approval of creative assets and content development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Marketing competencies and ability to effectively drive customer engagement
- 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the biotech/pharma or healthcare space
- Advanced degree preferred
- Highly motivated self-starter with excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Sales experience preferred
