Job Description

- Drives the reco for the portfolio strategy in the Emea Latam region in close co-operation with the markets and the Business Acceleration team.
- Co-leads with key markets and Global RTD team the concept development for new products consistently with the recommended portfolio strategy
- Leads the Implementation of the identified pipeline from concept to execution: e.g artwork, liquid development in close cooperation with R&D and Ops
- Drives the Stage Gate process for approval of the Identified Pipeline
- University degree
- 10 yrs in Marketing roles, beverages or FMCG sector in international organizations.
- Experience in defining multi-brand portfolio strategies
- Experience In operating within a multimarket role
- Experience in leading cross functional teams (R&D, Ops, legal, finance, etc) to develop end to end innovation: from concept generation to go to market including artwork and formula development.

The Ready To Drink (RTD) category is growing exponentially with +20% CAGR expected in the next 5 years. Higher quality product propositions have improved the category image and accelerated growth of RTDs serving an unmet consumer need for convenient drinks. RTDs offer Pernod Ricard an opportunity to recruit new consumers, build loyalty to our spirits brands, drive incremental business.
Pernod Ricard has set a significant ambition for spirit based RTDs & Convenience leveraging our spirits brands to offer premium RTD & Convenience propositions. To deliver the ambition, a Global RTD & Convenience Business Unit (GBU) was created in 2021. The scope of the RTD GBU is currently 12 Pernod Ricard brands selected based on their international potential in the RTD category. The innovation scope covers core, renovation, adjacent and breakthrough innovation.
Purpose of the role
Reporting to the RTD Global Portfolio Director, the Mkt Mgr will support the development of the pipeline and portfolio strategy for the Emea Latam region and lead the implementation of artwork and formula development for the agreed NPDs. The person will also be in charge to lead, in coordination with the key partner markets, the various stage gate approval process.
Responsibilities
The role will be partnering closely with: internal R&D and Operations team, Legal, Regulatory Business Acceleration, Brand Companies, local Markets, Consumer Insight, Finance and external design agencies.
