- Developing Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing plans for designated portfolio of properties that align with the overall business goals, target audience, and budget constraints. Continuously monitor economic and physical occupancy of properties and make strategic recommendations. Organize regular meetings to update Strategic Marketing process/data and review strategy. Continuously monitor economic and physical occupancy of properties and make strategic recommendations.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities. Analyze data to identify opportunities and challenges. Maintain knowledge and awareness of on-going trends in print, online and other marketing mediums. Organize and implement customer survey annually and coordinate follow-up actions.
- Product Positioning: Define the unique propositions of communities and determine how to position them in the market to differentiate from competitors.
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Design and implement marketing campaigns for new construction lease-up and start up across various channels such as digital media, traditional advertising, social media, and events.
- Budget Management: Assist with the planning and managing the marketing budget effectively to ensure optimal allocation of resources and return on investment.
- Vendor Management: Work with advertising/marketing vendors (signage, promotional material and print) to ensure collaboration and effective execution of marketing initiatives-.
- Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the organization's brand image. Ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website content, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics. Using data to evaluate the success of campaigns and making data-driven decisions for future strategies. Complete and present monthly market comparative study reports for analysis.
- Stakeholder Communication and Training: Communicate marketing plans and results to internal stakeholders, such as senior management, sales teams, and product development teams. Prepare content for training and guideline documentation.
- Adaptability: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in consumer behavior to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
- Compliance: Ensure marketing activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Strategic thinking skills, business acumen, and analytical skills.
- Proven leadership and solid presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams and autonomously depending on the task
- Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel.
- Result-oriented team player adaptable to a fast-paced working environment.
- Bachelor Degree and a minimum seven years’ experience in a marketing-related position.
- This job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely utilizes standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers/printers, and filing cabinets.
- This position requires sitting, bending, stooping, or standing as necessary. Our offices are equipped with electronic desks for standing or sitting.
Position Overview:
The Marketing Manager will oversee all corporate driven marketing efforts associated with McCormack Baron apartment communities. This person will be responsible for image continuity for the portfolio of properties and will lead and direct marketing policies, programs, and activities to meet business objectives. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the President and Vice Presidents to define each property’s marketing strategy. The Marketing Manager will also coordinate with the leadership team to ensure marketing strategies and activities are integrated with other parts of the business and aligned with the overall business objectives. This person will report to Senior Level Executives on an on-going basis.
