- 3-5 years’ experience in critically reviewing marketing collateral
- Experience with social media and influencer marketing highly regarded
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or related discipline
- Experience in Partner Relationship Management involving liaising with external partners.
- Strong analytical skills and prior experience demonstrating sound problem solving and smart thinking.
- Highly organised, proactive and dynamic
- Excellent time and project management skills, with the ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining attention to detail
- Demonstrated high level of communication skills, both verbal and written, to build solid relationships and confidently present campaign results and recommendations

The Marketing Manager - Social and Content plays an integral role in the implementation of Qantas Frequent Flyers social media and content strategy to support program partners and commercial targets for the Loyalty business. The role requires the planning, management and delivery of social and content marketing strategies and campaigns to meet commercial and business objectives, while promoting the program and encouraging members to earn and use Qantas Points. Working closely with the Marketing Leadership team, the Loyalty Commercial team and our partners to identify opportunities to drive growth.
The role will develop and use social media reporting and insights to identify opportunities to optimise both member engagement and commercial growth outcomes.
Working closely with both internal and external stakeholders this role is required to use creativity and ingenuity to deliver on a variety of business vertical objectives.
