      The Opportunity

      Reporting to the Iberia Marketing Director and with a team of 4 people, the role is responsible for the development and execution of the marketing strategy and plans for the portfolio of Prestige beauty brands to maximize sales, market share and brand recognition in Spain.

      The overall purpose of this position is to define brand strategies translating them into brand plans and go-to-market activations to secure the accomplishment of business goals and consequent budget allocation. Specifically, as the final owner of the Marketing Plans of the brands under its scope, the candidate will be a key cross-functional supervisor in collaboration with its direct team to secure the seamless operations that drive to the ambition consecution.

      What you´ll get to do

      •Understand local business challenges and opportunities and build optimized plans for Spain in collaborations with Global Brands

      •Develop marketing calendars and promotional program in line with annual budgets and global guidelines - per season/brand/channel to maximize sales revenue and rankings for the portfolio of brands

      •Prepare annual net and retail sales budgets by brand

      •Plan and manage the annual A&P budgets and investments by brand

      •Plan and implement promotional strategy in collaboration with KAMs and ensure effectiveness and efficiency of promotional actions

      •Build an annual digital business plan

      •Supervise the development of the PR strategy for the brand portfolio to achieve the highest and most valued PR exposure for the brands

      •Oversee the pricing strategy

      •Drive forecasting process including obsolescence, non-allocated, excess inventory and monthly purchase order approval. Ensure forecasts are in line with budget. Develop plans for obsolescence, on-allocated and excess inventory

      •Follow-up of rankings/sell-out/VMS per brand. Follow-up of sales in order to implement action plans to push them

      •Coordinate merchandising guidelines & in-store activities with Retail team

      •Drive and lead key forums among global and local teams to revise strategies, plans and key topics

      •Manage and develop a team of 4 people

      We´d love to meet you if you have

      • Experience: Between 5 and 7 years of professional experience, with solid skills in operational marketing and brand strategy, but also in Trade Marketing and Retail, preferably within the Beauty sector. Experience in team management
      • Education: Business Administration, International Marketing.
      • Languages: Spanish and English are a must

      Specific Knowledge required:

      • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix with special mention on Media on/off.
      • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
      • Passion about the fragrance and beauty & personal care industry
