Develop, evolve and be the expert: Provide promotional input to Colliers’ industrial and office service lines across Canada. Be the go-to for brokerage proposal development.
Work with advisors and managing directors: Define overall proposal and property marketing strategies, as well as marketing execution plans. This includes strategic initiatives to support client engagement within various local markets.
Collaborate with Research & Marketing: Maintain and provide market research required for specific client projects. Ensure major proposals are executed as planned, according to defined strategy and budget.
Best practices and tools: Maintain library of property marketing templates and other material for industrial and office advisors to action on small to medium campaigns
Contribute as a leader: As part of the Canadian Marketing Leadership team, provide mentorship, identify opportunities for cross-service collaboration, and be an evangelist for our Colliers’ values, brand and mission.
Degree: Bachelors or similar, in Marketing or a related field
5+ years of experience: Proposal development and executing marketing strategies in a B2B setting
Advance communication skills: Excellent writing and editing skills, with an emphasis on proposal writing
Highly collaborative: Comfortable in an enterprising organization with many stakeholders, and skilled at providing influence
Business & financial acumen: Ability to make informed suggestions and provide direction based on qualitative and quantitative research techniques.

**this role is hybrid, based out of Downtown Toronto, ON office 4 days a week**
