      Marketing Manager - Temporary

The Corporate Marketing Manager, Select Service, will play a key role in supporting the marketing efforts and business performance of our Select Service portfolio. This position requires a resourceful, organized, and strategic professional who will lead marketing projects that drive topline revenue growth and enhance brand visibility. The Corporate Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with hotel teams, corporate partners, and cross-functional departments to implement marketing initiatives, optimize hotel performance, and support the overall business strategy.

This role will involve a broad range of marketing tactics, including the development of marketing collateral, promotional campaigns, and content updates, with a focus on driving business results for individual hotels within the portfolio. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality marketing (preferably within branded hotels like Marriott, IHG or Hilton), a strong project management background, and a deep understanding of marketing performance metrics. The role reports directly to the Corporate Director of Marketing and is part of the newly established Select Service division.

      Essential Job Duties:

Marketing Strategy & Project Management: Lead marketing initiatives for a portfolio of select-service hotels, focusing on driving revenue and improving overall hotel performance. Manage the execution of marketing campaigns from start to finish, ensuring they are on time, on budget, and aligned with business goals.

Hotel Website & Content Management: Ensure brand.com content is regularly updated and optimized for accuracy, appeal, and functionality. Manage property-specific content, including photography, copy updates, special announcements, and hotel highlights, ensuring consistency with brand standards.

Collaboration & Cross-functional Partnerships: Partner with hotel teams, corporate marketing, and other internal departments (e.g., commercial, operations) to align marketing strategies with hotel objectives and drive performance. Work directly with the corporate social media team to ensure cohesive content creation and social media execution.

Promotional Campaigns & Merchandising: Develop and implement property-specific promotions, merchandising offers, and marketing materials that drive awareness and engagement. Work with hotel teams to align promotional efforts with ongoing campaigns and key business initiatives.

OTA & Third-Party Channel Management: Oversee the content and optimization of third-party marketing channels (e.g., Expedia, Booking.com, TripAdvisor, Cvent). Ensure hotel listings are accurate, engaging, and aligned with corporate standards.

Photography & Visual Assets: Identify opportunities for enhancing the digital and physical presence of the hotels through high-quality photography. Coordinate with approved photographers to schedule and execute photo shoots, ensuring that imagery is updated and aligned with brand guidelines.

Marketing Budgets & Reporting: Work closely with property teams to develop and manage annual marketing budgets. Regularly review campaign performance, track key metrics, and report results to leadership, highlighting opportunities for improvement and growth.

Brand Loyalty & Customer Engagement: Understand the brand's loyalty programs and work with hotel teams to identify opportunities to maximize loyalty offerings and enhance guest retention through targeted marketing strategies.

Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine marketing strategies and tactics to improve results. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Experience: 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry (experience with branded hotels like Marriott is highly preferred). Strong background in project management and execution of marketing campaigns.
