      Marketing Manager
      Location: Wilmington, DE | Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)

      Role Impact
      As a Marketing Manager, you'll lead the execution of direct mail acquisition campaigns that fuel customer growth. This role sits at the intersection of creative development, process control, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll manage marketing strategies end-to-end—from concept to print—to ensure creative alignment, regulatory compliance, and campaign performance.       Key Responsibilities
      • Lead development of print campaigns aligned with CXO/LOB acquisition goals
      • Coordinate with creative agencies, production, list management, and internal stakeholders for end-to-end campaign delivery
      • Monitor campaign execution for quality, compliance, and process efficiency
      • Present creative rationale, testing strategies, and campaign outcomes to stakeholders
      • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize performance, reduce risk, and control expenses

      Minimum Qualifications
      • 5+ years of experience in marketing execution or campaign management
      • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
      • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
      • Excellent organization and attention to detail; able to manage multiple competing priorities
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
      • Ability to quickly learn and operate proprietary marketing platforms

      Preferred Skills
      • Experience with creative agencies and feedback cycles
      • Background in direct mail and print marketing with digital call-to-action experience
      • Strong sense of urgency and ability to independently manage campaign timelines
