      Job Overview :

      The PR and Influencer Marketing Manager is the internal expert and liaison for brand PR & influencer strategy, direct press / talent relationships and influencer activation, in support of the overall marketing strategy to drive brand visibility and engagement.

      Responsibilities and Duties:

      1. Develop PR Influencer Strategy:
      • Craft and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy that aligns with brand and marketing goals
      • Identify, assess, and build relationships with relevant industry influencers and press contacts
      • Develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies to enhance the organization's image and reputation
      • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (brand marketing, content marketing, paid & organic media) to ensure influencer activations support and complement overall brand strategies
      • Set and develop influencer marketing standards and best practices for the brand
      • Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging platforms and new influencer marketing opportunities

      1. Campaign Planning & Implementation:
      • Plan and manage influencer marketing campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring alignment to brand positioning and resonance with target audiences
      • Identify and outreach to potential influencer partners on behalf of the brand, own relationships with all contracted influencers
      • Create influencer marketing toolkits and content briefs for influencer sourcing, collaborate with influencers to produce engaging, authentic content
      • Craft press releases, media kits and other materials to effectively communicate key brand messages and increase visibility
      • Organize and manage product requests pertaining to seedings, mailings and content contracts
      • Review all influencer content for accuracy against brief and brand values
      • Plan and execute brand and media events (influencer / consumer-facing events, press conferences, interviews, and media briefings) to generate publicity and increase awareness

      1. Performance Analytics:
      • Track and analyze influencer campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
      • Measure ROI of influencer marketing initiatives
      • Develop post campaign reporting to share with key internal stakeholders
      • Monitor media coverage to identify trends and opportunities for proactive and reactive media engagement

      1. Compliance and Contracts:
      • Ensure influencer compliance with FTC guidelines, company policies and brand guardrails
      • Manage contracts, negotiations and compensation for influencers

      Requirements

      Skills Required:

      • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a deadline driven environment
      • Exceptional communicator – able to clearly and concisely articulate vision for inter and intra department partners
      • Strong understanding of media landscape including influencer, social, event, PR, grass-roots and direct to consumer marketing
      • Proven experience in influencer marketing with a track record of successful campaigns
      • Established direct relationships with network of influencers of varying scale
      • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer culture
      • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
      • Proficiency in analytics and campaign performance measurement

      Qualifications:

      • 4+ years of influencer marketing or PR experience
      • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or directly related field
      • Retail or multi-unit experience preferred
      • Existing relationships with industry relevant press and media outlets
