- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing and/or Communications (or related discipline) or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience in marketing and digital marketing
- Experience with volume campaigns and working with media agencies
- Understanding of Government Advertising Act (desirable)
- You will have demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- You will have the ability to work independently and contribute effectively in a collaborative team environment whilst maintaining a high level of work ethic
- Demonstrated ability to think logically, analytically and critically
- You will possess experience in building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders alike

In this role, you'll:
Assist the Manager, Marketing in executing operator-specific projects. You will implement distinct marketing and communication programs aimed at promoting public transport to both frequent and occasional users.
These initiatives should encourage increased public transport usage, enhance road safety awareness, and promote responsible waterway activities.
Collaborate with contacts from TfNSW (Transport for New South Wales) and operators on crucial projects that cater to business needs.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of the programs to ensure they achieve the intended campaign outcome.
