Major Responsibilites The Marketing Operations Intern is responsible for supporting and optimizing marketing campaigns, processes, and technologies. This role involves assisting in the efficient execution of marketing campaigns, the development and implementation of streamlined processes, and the timely delivery of marketing assets. The Specialist, Marketing Operations will work with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing operations and support the overall marketing strategy. Support adoption of the marketing technology including solution selection, platform onboarding, training/development, continuous optimization and process improvement Identify opportunities and create processes to improve Marketing efficiencies; bring simplicity to complex marketing technologies; provide innovative solutions to achieve marketing goals, increase effectiveness, streamline processes which can include De Novo and drive ROI Support day-to-day content tasks such as tracking and maintaining timelines for content initiatives & website authoring Can be assigned to support to create & QA web and call tracking parameters for De Novos and new marketing campaigns Support to review digital analytics reports and develop data-driven insights for PDS audience segments and their digital journeys to adjust marketing strategies and plans. Participates in a wide array of activities associated with project planning and management to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and to internal client specifications. Support the content strategy & calendar; provide strategic leadership to create results-oriented content that drive awareness Work with manager to provide insights on strategy of team. Required Relevant work experience in marketing operations for a business with national locations. Experience in planning, executing digital campaigns, with an understanding of programmatic. Experience working with and managing agency resources. Experience in delivering integrated media campaign strategies and subsequent reporting. Preferred Knowledge of CMS (AEM, WordPress, SiteCore, etc.) Knowledge of Project Management tools (Asana, Workfront, etc.) Knowledge of analytics & reporting software (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, PowerBI and Datorama). Skills & Abilites Excellent communication (interpersonal, oral and written) and teamwork skills Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and resolve project issues and risks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
