Support the audit and transition of branded materials across our offices, fleets, marketing, digital, and other areas.
Assist in developing the strategy, roadmap, and budget for a phased rebrand rollout across departments and global business lines.
Build and maintain tracking systems (e.g., spreadsheets, project management tools) to monitor progress, flag risks, and ensure key KPIs are met.
Help manage supplier payments, purchase orders, and overall brand project budgets in Workday.
Coordinate project timelines and deliverables in Asana, ensuring on-time, on-brand, and on-budget execution.
Support change management communication efforts, helping align stakeholders internally and externally.
Recommend and implement process improvements to help streamline workflows and optimize outcomes.
Take on evolving responsibilities as new rebrand needs emerge—this role will grow with the program.
Studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
Confident using spreadsheets and project tracking tools (Asana or similar platforms a plus).
You are detail-oriented, proactive, and motivated to deliver exceptional work—even on tight timelines.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively—you can take initiative but know when to ask for support.
Able to balance competing priorities and thrive in an environment where things are changing quickly.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Marketing Administrator (Intern) who will be based remotely in Halifax, NS and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can jump in to support our global rebrand and change management journey. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-impact initiative that will touch every department, every region, and every audience we serve. This internship will be four months (20-24 hours per week) and compensated at an hourly rate of $25/hour CAD.
You’ll work closely with our Senior Content Marketing & Brand Manager (based in Halifax) and global MarCom teammates to coordinate logistics, track progress, and ensure seamless delivery of rebrand milestones. This is a hands-on, flexible role—ideal for someone who’s highly organized, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership where needed. As the rebrand unfolds, additional responsibilities may emerge—so being adaptable is key.
