      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Implement in-unit branding and marketing materials across accounts nationwide
      - Conduct regular marketing audits to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with brand standards
      - Support in-unit promotions, seasonal campaigns, and program activations
      - Train site-level staff on proper use of marketing collateral and campaign execution
      - Act as a liaison between central marketing and site operations to ensure alignment and timely delivery

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, field marketing, or hospitality operations
      - Willingness and enthusiasm for extensive travel (up to 75%)
      - Strong attention to detail and project management skills
      - Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building abilities
      - Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
