Position Summary:
The Marketing Operations Coordinator will support the marketing team by coordinating and executingu00A0various operational tasks to ensure smooth and efficient marketing processes. This role collaboratesu00A0with multiple teams, managing marketing tools and assisting with data management and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
uF0B7 Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns,u00A0ensuring all operational aspects are aligned.
uF0B7 Tool Management: Help manage marketing tools and platforms, including CRM and marketingu00A0automation systems, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
uF0B7 Data Entry and Management: Maintain marketing databases by entering and updatingu00A0customer and lead information, ensuring data integrity.
uF0B7 Reporting and Analysis: Generate and distribute regular reports on marketing performanceu00A0metrics, providing insights to the marketing team.
uF0B7 Process Coordination: Coordinate marketing processes and workflows to enhance efficiencyu00A0and support team objectives.
uF0B7 Event Coordination: Assist with logistics and coordination for marketing events.
uF0B7 Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team,u00A0including scheduling meetings and maintaining documentation.
Qualifications:
uF0B7 Education: Bacheloru2019s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
uF0B7 Experience: 1-2 years of experience in marketing, operations, or a related role.
uF0B7 Skills:
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
o Basic understanding of marketing principles and CRM systems.
o Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
o Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
uF0B7 Certifications: Familiarity with marketing tools like Salesforce or Eloqua is a plus.About the company
