      ROLE SUMMARY

      The Marketing Operations Manager ensures marketing projects and campaigns are efficiently executed and reported from beginning to end. Reporting into the Vice President of Brand Marketing, this position is responsible for executing on-time integrated marketing plans that drive scalable and sustainable growth, in line with the company’s business goals.

      This role requires 6+ years of experience in project and campaign management, with a strong background in strategic planning, creative workload prioritization and department-wide communications. An ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail oriented, flexible and comfortable in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

      ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

      • Drive streamlined process by creating advanced timelines and project plans to support the efficient execution of all marketing projects and campaigns
      • Own project timelines end to end using data to ensure resource allocation and creative team capacity
      • Refine processes depending on scope of project and requirements to increase efficiency and reduce number of weekly team meetings
      • Partner with the creative team and channel owners to execute marketing campaigns focusing on the student purchase journey and retention
      • Monitor and report team progress, forecasts and resource availability
      • Host kickoff meetings to facilitate conversations around the strategy and goals of a project, as well as brainstorms and creative review meetings
      • Monitor day-to-day projects of the marketing team
      • Serve as marketing representative to franchise partners
      • Own print vendor relationship by sharing assets, requesting estimates, managing inventory, and adhering to distribution timelines for 200+ nationwide studios
      • Partner with operations team on process with print vendor to ensure marketing materials are delivered to all studios nationwide
      • Collaborate with operations to build planning toolkits and how-to guides to roll out marketing initiatives to field teams with more efficiency and achieve brand consistency
      • Own relationship with legal to ensure campaigns and projects include necessary legalese and are reviewed for compliance
      • Owner of process to understand business needs of cross-functional departments to ensure strategic alignment when requesting a new initiative from marketing
      • Build projects and campaigns in Asana with supporting timelines, resources and tasks to ensure seamless project management
      • Support the maintenance and development of internal project management tools and campaign documentation
      • Help manage marketing budget to ensure monthly budget allocations are tracking on or under budget
      • Facilitate the management of regular reporting meetings to provide visibility into project/campaign performance and key learnings

      EDUCATION, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

      • 6+ years of project management experience
      • Experience using Asana or similar project management software
      • Strong organization, with an attention to detail
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      • Experience managing vendor deliverables and relationships
      • Solid working experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Google products and Smartsheet
      • Strong strategic and analytical skills
      • Experience with cost estimating, budget management, and reporting
      • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment and manage shifting priorities

      COMPENSATION

      • Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000
