      The International Marketing Operations team at Dun & Bradstreet is focused on building best practice and optimising processes that fuel the marketing strategy, while managing the lead funnel to maximise ROI and growth. Within marketing we partner with integrated marketing, demand generation and analytics teams to ensure that foundational marketing automation and CRM processes allow for strong campaign insight. This role also partners across the organisation with sales, sales operations and customer experience to ensure strong end to end lead management and ROI. This role will report to the International Marketing Operations Director, with matrix alignment to the Northern European Marketing leader.


      We are looking for a forward-leaning self-starter who possesses intellectual and operational curiosity, exceptional marketing automation & process experience, proven experience partnering with marketing units and top-notch communication, organisational and educational skills. The ability to develop, optimize, document and communicate processes across team and platform in an effort to drive ROI will be keys to success in this role.

      Responsibilities:
      • Manage and lead all marketing related CRM (Salesforce) projects / processes working in close collaboration with CRM and Sales Operations teams, in order to establish world-class campaign and lead management processes that drive leads and high conversion across all markets in the Northern Europe
      • Drive standardization and best practices by supporting the migration of two markets into a European SFDC CRM. Includes data mapping, Marketo integration testing, campaign tracking set-up and validation, lead handling training.
      • Run lead handling training with Sales to ensure that correct processes in CRM are followed and ROI from marketing generated leads is maximized.
      • Ensure smooth technical and sustainable hand-over of leads (lead routing) to sales department by monitoring integrations with Marketo and trouble-shooting issues together with development teams.
      • Work closely with Marketing Operations colleagues from the International team to align on and share best practice and innovations.
      • Ensure seamless integration and data flows (Input-Output) of CRM processes with adjacent system landscape like Marketing Automation (Adobe Marketo), Website (Adobe Experience Manager), Reporting systems (PowerBI) and databases (CDP, SQL).
      • Maintain and keep contact data quality at highest levels in terms of correctness, completeness, consistency, and actuality
      • Set-up and maintain Marketo nurture programs
      • Set-up and maintain of Northern European Marketo programs related to web forms / content downloads on the Northern European websites
      • Be a Marketo super user and educate Marketing users on how to use Marketo for newsletters, webinars and common use cases
      • Report on email campaign performance and CRM KPIs (e.g. opens, clicks, Marketing Qualified Lead volumes and conversions etc)


      Requirements:
      • Marketing Operations and CRM experience (5 years +)
      • Advanced experience of Marketo or equivalent platform (Hubspot etc)
      • Advanced experience (3 years+) of Salesforce is a minimum required
      • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
      • Experience working in a multi-national role
      • Strategic mindset but operational hands-on mentality is important
      • Considerable and proven experience partnering with marketing teams and executives
      • Superior written, verbal and educational communication skills
      • A proactive nature and hands-on approach
      • Ability to work quickly and under pressure
      • Advanced Microsoft suite mastery
