      In 2022 a new Marketing leadership team was formed to establish Prologis’ marketing infrastructure and enhance capabilities to help drive awareness and consideration for its growing Prologis Essentials platform. The Marketing leadership team plays a critical role in the success of the business units across its operations, energy & sustainability, mobility and workforce. The Marketing team is composed of dedicated experts across critical marketing disciplines, with a passion for supporting Prologis and its customers to reduce the world’s carbon footprint while also increasing revenue and profitability.

      We are looking for a senior Marketing Operations Manager to help us build, measure, optimize and scale our marketing programs to drive growth. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting lead generation and integrated sales & marketing campaigns, measuring and evaluating marketing performance, informing strategic planning and budgeting, and enhancing overall marketing process, technology, and workflow.

      You’ll play a critical role in marketing strategy, planning, and execution. Working cross-functionally with marketing, sales and technology teams, you’ll drive the delivery of seamless experiences for traffic and leads throughout the customer journey. You’ll develop and manage systems to take a user all the way from their first web session to becoming a customer for life.

      Key responsibilities include:

      • Interface with internal clients on requests related to campaign setup & configuration, tracking, data segmentation, data sharing with ad platforms, and attribution/reporting issues and requests.
      • Administer and own the governance of marketing tools such as Salesforce Pardot, digital event/webinar platforms, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, CDP, and tracking URL taxonomy.
      • Together with IT, ensure marketing data in downstream reporting tables and dashboards are timely and accurate. Support marketing and sales revenue goals by maintaining our lead management process, including lead lifecycle, lead scoring, and sales alerts.
      • Partner with the Growth Marketing Lead on execution of marketing automation roadmap, utilizing data-driven approaches to optimize campaign performance, conversion rates, and customer engagement across channels.
      • Identify improvements in processes and technology to allow for rapid scaling for all paid media campaigns across Prologis.
      • Monitor performance, develop insights, make recommendations, and implement optimizations across content, channels, and campaigns to achieve MQL targets.
      • Develop an Account Based Marketing (ABM) scoring system and partner with IT on the technology infrastructure required to launch an ABM program.
      • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security by implementing and maintaining data governance best practices – Work with IT and data teams to ensure data quality and accessibility.
      • Analyze and report on the performance of lead generation campaigns, providing actionable insights for optimization.
      • Work with analytics teams to provide actionable insight for our marketing leaders to drive funnel efficiency and growth.

      Building blocks for success

      Required:

      • 5+ years of marketing, operations, or analytics experience in a B2B environment.
      • Fortune 500 experience with an entrepreneurial spirit and startup mentality.
      • Experience across multiple go-to-market motions a plus: enterprise demand gen, account-based marketing (ABM), ecommerce/growth hacking, customer marketing.
      • Expertise in marketing technology – Stay ahead of the curve on industry trends in ads measurement, personalization, (re)targeting, and how privacy will impact how we do marketing.
      • Analytical and problem-solving skills – Comfort analyzing and visualizing data in excel, Salesforce, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.).
      • Proficiency in leading Marketing Technology platforms (eg, Salesforce Pardot, Salesforce CRM, Customer Data Platforms, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics).
      • A deep understanding of the customer journey, and how MarTech supports an omnichannel experience with rich personalization.
      • Ability to tell a story with data that generates buy-in from senior leadership.

      Preferred:

      • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
      • SQL a plus.

      Hiring Salary Range of: $113,000 - $155,000. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target) to be determined by the candidate’s location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
