What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and send campaign assets, including emails, lists, flows, tracking, and reports
- Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms to enhance campaign execution and lead nurturing
- Oversee lead management processes, ensuring seamless handoff of qualified leads to the sales team
- Ensure data quality and consistency across systems while providing regular reports on key performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align systems, processes, and data for efficient lead flow and reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS
- Proven expertise in managing marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Experience with lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing workflows
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Marketo Certified Expert (MCE), Hubspot Marketing Hub Certification(s), and Salesforce certifications
- Experience with advanced reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics)
