      Marketing Operations Specialist - MLR review process, MarTech

      Our client, a global healthcare company, is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist for a 5-month contract role in Alameda, CA. The position is onsite, 40 hours/week.

      Role Summary

      The specialist will ensure compliance and operational efficiency within the US Marketing team of the Diabetes Care division, focusing on managing the PRC/MLR process for medical devices and promoting system and process improvements.

      Additional Qualifications

      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
      • Basic functional area understanding
      • Experience with marketing technology and MLR review tools (e.g., Veeva PromoMats, Adobe AEM/Workfront) is a plus

      Responsibilities

      • Coordinate with marketing teams and agencies for MLR submission and approval
      • Manage MLR submission lists and track approval processes
      • Identify and resolve review issues to ensure timely completion
      • Advise teams on MLR compliance and best practices
      • Coordinate training sessions and prepare progress reports
      • Optimize processes and serve as subject matter expert
      • Collaborate across departments to ensure compliance
