The AMIO Marketing pricing section Manager:
- Leads product positioning strategy definition, from milestones to end of sales. This includes support and recommendation to CMMs teams, RBUs. Pricing section manager is taking part of official product milestones and provide robust on insight on ideal price positioning setting in regards of product, customer target, existing and future completion, brand power and volume ambition.
- Competitors basket definition and update according to model launch cadence, with refresh and alignment between CMMS and RBU to secure one-voice in pricing positioning reporting.
- Monitor competitiveness (TPVA) on a monthly basis, against strategic positioning and in light of commercial performance. Support discussion with global team, and elaborate robust recommendation of countermeasure to RBUs and CMMs in case of deviation.
- Optimize product competitiveness (TPVA, VIVA strategic pricing proposals, option revenue) be seeking any opportunity to increase revenue through pricing.
- Leverage pricing opportunities/risk
- Ensure quality and consistency of pricing data, processes, format & deliverables
- Ensure information flow with AMIO Controlling, CMMs & Sales RBU performance managers on all pricing deliverables- Pricing strategy definition against raw material price evolution and forecast, and FX headwinds
- Elaborate BP pricing strategy- Lead on defining and setting business plan and yearly targets on price positioning and pricing actions in coordination with the markets’ CMM and AMIEO management.
- Manage JATO integration and implementation project across all AMIO markets.
- Lead and manage PRT updates on yearly basis and at model events across all AMIO markets.
- Manage and lead the budget, recruitment, contract, training, and full relation with third-party supplier providing TP tracking mystery-shopping in selected markets across AMIO.
- Supply TP tracking data to the respective markets and coordinate any feedback or optimization as central point of contact between markets and TP tracking supplier.
- Report price position monthly to Global QPA through MIDAS and answer any request or inquiry from Global team.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Great interest in the automotive industry market.
- Strong experience in automotive markets in the AMIEO region.
- Fluent English.
- Ability to work independently.
